Day 44 of Project 365! {Zachary's Birthday}

Today, the day before Valentines Day is Zachary's fourth birthday. It seems like yesterday I was in the hospital with Beau starring at our beautiful, new creation. Since we had already had a birthday party for both boys, we took Zachary to the park today to let him play a little. My boys never cease to amaze me. My hearts melts just watching them. I laid on the other side of a hill and watched them play and tried to capture a few shots. Meanwhile I let the sun soak in my skin. Yes, you are allowed to be jealous of our 70 degree (in February) weather. =)

Just feeling plain ol' blessed today!

Day 37 of Project 365! {Kids Birthday Party 2011}

Please forgive me for my lack of blogging. I have been oober (yes oober) busy preparing for the BEST birthday party EVER!! OK, well we think it was the BEST party EVER! The wedding cake was done by my first "official" wedding client's mother! Thank you so much Sasha for the amazing cake! Not only was it pretty but it taste even better! The goodie bags and most of the decorations were handmade. You can get all of the supplies at Michael's. It was kind of hard to be the hostess and the photographer at the same time. Thankfully Mitch was there to help out! ;)

Bonnette Family Farm Party!

Jaden was invited to his classmate of three years' birthday party. A party at the farm!! Great photo opt so of course my camera was handy! We had the greatest time. The setting was beautiful, the children were beautiful! We LOVE the farm!! Great place for anyone thinking about a "new" place to have a birthday party in the central Louisiana area. Important Events Lately!!

I wanted to post a couple of pictures from some important events that have occured in December. Jaden's school play is tomorrow, so you know I will have plenty of pictures of that! The first pictures I am going to show you was on December 4, 2010. Jaden (my 8 yr. old) runs in races once a month. The group is called "Rapides Junior Runners." He had been participating in RJR for the last 3 years. I was a little worried this race because it was the first race he was in since his father passed away. However, I was worried for nothing!! He finished in 3rd place out of ALL the 8 yr. old boys! His time was 7 minutes 58 seconds!! Amazing!!

Im so proud of him!! Below is a picture of Jaden and Zachary (my 3 yr. old). They LOVE each other!!

 

Next up is Mitch's nephews Birthday Party at Chuck-e-Cheese. Such a beautiful bunch of kids!

Last but not least is my middle sister's baby shower! I was the host/photographer. Some of the decoration I did myself, so I was supper proud! I was so happy to do this for my sister! I can't believe she is married much less having a baby! I'm so proud of her and she has such a lovely family!! Her new little girl is going to be so CUTE!! Aunt Kristin is going to spoil little Lexi to pieces!!

The yummy cupcakes were by Christi Bates. You can locate her on my Facebook Page. The last picture is of my sister, Megan, and her two best friends from high school. Megan is the one in the middle obviously. The only pregnant one. Hehe.
